📋 Description

• Conceptualize and execute full-property interior design schemes for high-end short-term rentals and vacation properties • Create spatial layouts, 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, color palettes, and curated FF&E selection packages • Ensure concept boards translate accurately into real-world installations, accounting for durability, guest usability, scale, and budget • Select stylish, commercial-grade furniture and decor optimized for high-occupancy guest use and efficient shipping/assembly • Collaborate with the U.S. creative team during MST working hours • Review project timelines, incorporate feedback, and deliver reliable, high-quality design packages on schedule • Take ownership of end-to-end residential spaces for short-term rental investment properties

🎯 Requirements

• Direct, proven experience designing for Airbnb, VRBO, boutique hotels, or short-term rental properties • Portfolio demonstrating at least one full-property project designed from start to finish • High-quality photos of finished, real-world spaces—not just digital renderings, sketches, or 3D models • Ability to showcase design boards alongside photos of the actual finished product • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Studio Designer, or similar procurement platforms • Excellent professional English, written and spoken • Ability to overlap fully during U.S. Mountain Standard Time (MST) business hours • Detail-oriented and highly creative • Full-time availability
