📋 Description

• Lead the Talent Engineering organization, spanning 50+ engineers and managers across a portfolio of customer-facing products • Make thoughtful tradeoffs across customer needs, product priorities, and engineering investment • Coach and develop engineering managers and senior leaders across Lattice Engineering • Raise the bar for leadership, execution, and organizational health • Ensure a delightful, reliable experience for Lattice customers around the globe while enabling rapid product development • Partner with Product and Design to define, plan, and prioritize product strategy and roadmap • Represent Lattice in conversations with key prospects and customers • Collaborate with the broader Engineering leadership team to shape department-wide strategy and goals • Scale systems, processes, and organizational practices enabling multiple teams to plan effectively, deliver reliably, and learn quickly

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering management experience • At least 5 years leading an engineering organization composed of multiple teams and multiple layers of leadership • Experience managing engineering investment across a portfolio of products and making thoughtful tradeoffs when resources are constrained • History of shipping high-quality products where quality, trust, reliability, and scalability are essential to customer success • High degree of autonomy, ownership, and sound judgment, with the ability to operate with a CEO mindset • Demonstrated ability to develop engineering leaders, including both individual contributors and managers • Eye for great products and ability to work cross-functionally to effectively deliver them • Strong communication and executive presence, with ability to influence decisions across Engineering, Product, Design, and company leadership • Curiosity about AI and its potential to improve how organizations develop their people
