📋 Description

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LaunchDarkly's end-to-end data products, spanning SDK event ingestion, the data platform, and customer-facing data products. • Own the strategy for AI-powered analysis of software delivery data and the agent experience of data products, including CLI, MCP, and Skills. • Drive coherence across data ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption so downstream analytics, experimentation, insights, and integrations rely on a reliable, well-modeled foundation. • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams to deliver products and define go-to-market plans. • Monitor industry trends and competitor products. • Act as the voice of the customer in product decisions. • Mentor and uplevel product managers and raise data-informed product practice across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product experience, especially with data platforms, data infrastructure, analytics, or developer tools. • Alternatively, 8+ years of engineering experience in data-intensive systems with a strong product mindset and desire to transition into product management. • Proven track record of bringing data products to market and driving strategy across multiple teams or a platform-scale product area. • Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including event/streaming pipelines, data warehousing and lakehouse patterns, data modeling, and processing-at-scale trade-offs. • Experience with platform products serving internal teams or developers and end-user-facing data products such as analytics, observability, insights, and experimentation. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership. • Ability to learn quickly across multiple domains. • Customer-centric product judgment and strong product sense. • Systems-thinking ability across ingestion pipelines and customer-facing dashboards. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. • Strong ownership, business acumen, and ability to align technical solutions with customer and company goals.
