📋 Description

• Contact potential heirs by phone using company-provided leads • Explain estate recovery opportunities and how the process works • Build trust and rapport with individuals who may be unaware of their inheritance • Clearly present and secure signed contingent fee agreements • Maintain accurate records of conversations and agreements • Follow up with potential heirs and guide them through the onboarding process • Work closely with research and legal teams to ensure smooth case processing • Thrive in a fast-moving environment where responsiveness and efficiency are critical

🎯 Requirements

• Heir Search experience a plus • Strong phone sales or consultative sales experience preferred • Ability to perform well in an extremely fast-paced sales environment • Customer Service • Compassionate • Excellent communication and persuasion skills • Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and trustworthy way • Comfortable handling sensitive conversations about estates and inheritance • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
