📋 Description

• Establish rapport and relationships through effective communication • Handle different types of situations and conversations, driving towards a resolution • Answer questions and provide possible solutions to deepen understanding and build confidence with clients • Provide strategic sales support by offering potential clients solutions and addressing their needs • Build and foster potential client relations by managing multiple potential clients’ situations, needs, and inquiries on an ongoing basis • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication with potential clients and team members • Work independently and effectively as part of a team • Multi-task while remaining detail-oriented

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in client service or sales support roles preferred • Strong client service skills with ability to anticipate and resolve problems with own initiative • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Personal Injury or Claims experience is a plus, but not required • Professional in appearance and behavior • High School Diploma or GED required • College degree or professional certification preferred • Bilingual required (English and Spanish) • Must be available for nights and weekends • Variable 8-hour shift schedules
