📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for consumer AI and Pro AI • Lead customer AI chat that answers questions and completes tasks such as skipping or rescheduling services • Own the AI experience in the Pros App • Bring agentic experiences into existing consumer and Pro workflows • Own customer-to-Pro messaging • Define handoff from AI chat to human support • Enable outside AI agents such as ChatGPT or Claude to act on customers' behalf • Set evals, guardrails, and the standard for AI experiences to be ready to ship • Read transcripts and failure cases to identify conversation problems • Collaborate with product, engineering, applied science, design, data, customer service, and operations teams • Report to the Sr. Director of Product and lead through influence across surfaces owned by other PMs

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience • At least 3 years launching AI products to customers (internal or external) • Experience shipping AI products to real end users in B2C, B2B, or B2B2C • At least one chatbot or conversational AI product running in production • Ability to write and use AI evaluations (evals) • Understanding of AI agents and tool use, including actions on real systems • Data-driven prioritization and roadmap strategy • Systems-thinking ability, including marketplace effects on customers, Pros, pricing, and operations • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, engineering, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 6+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing products
