📋 Description

• Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment • Service static transfer switches, power distribution equipment, and remote power panels • Provide customer support on site and via email and phone • Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system • Provide emergency response for critical incidents • Participate in LayerZero 24/7 incident response • Complete field service work at customer sites throughout the United States and Canada • Attend training at LayerZero Headquarters in Aurora, Ohio

🎯 Requirements

• Service experience with electric power systems – Required • Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills – Required • Ability to read diagrams and schematics – Required • Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs – Required • Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge – Required • Clean driving record – Required • Electronics or electrical training from military service – Preferred • Associate degree in electrical field – Preferred • Military training in electronics or electrical systems • Travel is required • Ability to work weekends or possibly holidays when required
