📋 Description

• Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on static transfer switches, power distribution equipment, and remote power panels • Provide customer support on site and via email and phone • Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system • Provide emergency response for critical incidents • Participate in LayerZero 24/7 incident response through regularly scheduled time slots • Attend training at LayerZero headquarters in Aurora, Ohio • Perform field service work at customer sites throughout the US and Canada • Travel as required • Collaborate with engineers, marketers, and other professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Service experience with electric power systems – Required • Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills – Required • Ability to read diagrams and schematics – Required • Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs – Required • Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge – Required • Clean driving record – Required • Electronics or electrical training from military service – Preferred • Associate degree in electrical field – Preferred • Military training in electronics or electrical systems • Ability to travel to customer sites throughout the US and Canada • Availability for occasional weekend or holiday work • Strong electrical troubleshooting abilities • Customer-first mindset • Commitment to safety
