📋 Description

• Interact with client senior executives • Lead transaction execution • Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts • Confidently navigate and coach complex financial analyses • Generate content and manage completion of client materials

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred) • Meaningful exposure to and genuine interest in the Chemicals sector or broader Industrials coverage • Strong client and presentation skills • Strong quantitative background and analytical/technical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail • A demonstrated team player attitude and leadership qualities with strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture • Top academic performance with comfort operating in an entrepreneurial environment which values initiative, creativity, and maturity • Ability to support, manage and empower junior bankers • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously • Bachelor’s degree required.
