• Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, strategic outbound sales activity, and AI-enabled sales engagement. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-powered sales tools, and other technologies to identify opportunities, personalize outreach, and accelerate the sales cycle. • Sell a comprehensive portfolio of Marketing Services solutions by developing consultative, integrated programs that align with client business objectives and marketing goals. • Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client objectives, uncover business challenges, and recommend strategic Marketing Services solutions that deliver measurable results. • Proactively engage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts, build consensus across buying groups, and develop compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate ROI and business value. • Manage complex sales opportunities from prospecting through proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-sale transition. • Develop trusted relationships with senior marketing executives, business leaders, agency partners, and other key decision-makers. • Deliver compelling presentations and value-based proposals that clearly communicate strategic value and measurable business outcomes. • Embrace AI and emerging sales technologies to improve prospecting, account research, outreach, proposal development, and overall sales effectiveness. • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account activity within Salesforce. • Represent the company at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events. • Collaborate with ad operations and client success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Consistently achieve or exceed individual revenue, pipeline, and activity goals.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. • Three or more years of successful B2B media, digital advertising, marketing services, SaaS, or consultative sales experience. • Proven success generating new business and consistently exceeding revenue goals. • Demonstrated ability to build a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account development. • Experience navigating complex buying organizations by engaging multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers. • Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to develop compelling business cases and articulate measurable ROI. • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and sales engagement platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Groove. • Experience leveraging AI and modern sales technologies to improve productivity, client engagement, and sales performance. • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, resilience, and a desire to win. • Adaptable, coachable, and energized by working in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
