📋 Description

• Support day-to-day finance operations, including processing invoices and assisting with accounts payable and receivable • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and payment processes • Support monthly payroll processes with external partners • Support cash flow management • Draft and process employment and service contracts • Track annual leave days and personnel records

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, HR, administration, or operations, preferably within the development sector • Proven experience in financial operations, preferably within a non-profit or international context • Basic understanding of financial processes such as invoicing, payments, and reconciliations • High level of fluency in English • Sufficient fluency in Finnish to handle practical administrative matters • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Strong organisational and coordination skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle financial and personnel information with discretion • Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, global team • Experience in cloud-based accounting tools such as Netvisor • Experience in international payroll and multi-currency environments • Understanding of Finnish bookkeeping rules and regulations
