📋 Description

• Drive performance across multiple client accounts, with significant budgets, diverse verticals, evergreen campaigns, and launches • Understand full-funnel mechanics and identify bottlenecks • Continuously optimize key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, and LTV • Quickly identify scaling opportunities • Decide when to scale aggressively and when to cut campaigns • Work closely with the creative team • Analyze data daily and turn insights into decisions • Proactively propose strategic directions • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes • Focus on strategy, planning, and performance, with execution handled by dedicated specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Meta Ads expert with significant Social Ads experience • Proven experience scaling high-budget campaigns, with concrete results and use cases to share • Strong convictions about what works and why • Able to interpret data and make fast decisions • Solid understanding of CRO, including landing pages, forms, and conversion journeys • Proficiency in TikTok or Snap is a strong plus • Strategic and analytical profile, able to develop action plans, analyze data, and make informed decisions • Candidates seeking a primarily execution-focused role are not the right fit for this position
