• Maintain and manage a caseload of 20 or more patients • Provide structured supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Associate and Assistant Supervisors • Delegate routine supervisory activities and ensure completion of approximately 75% of case management tasks by mid-level staff • Review and monitor delegated work, including program updates, documentation, communication efforts, and data integrity • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans • Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths • Analyze challenging behaviors and identify their functions • Observe treatment implementation and monitor treatment integrity • Direct or delegate behavior technicians in implementing new or revised treatment protocols • Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment protocols • Update treatment plans at least once per month based on patient response • Communicate treatment response to caregivers and payers • Coordinate care with other professionals • Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments • Include caregivers in treatment through consistent Caregiver Collaboration meetings • Engage with payers for funding meetings, including IEPs and peer reviews • Stay current on ABA treatment best practices • Maintain documentation in Skills and patients' medical records • Provide compassionate communication to patients, families, and colleagues • Provide direct therapy to patients when required
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field • Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) • Ability to oversee 20+ patients, including appropriate state licensure and payor credentialing • Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance preferred • Must pass tuberculosis test • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and exercise clinical judgment • Effective verbal and written communication • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to use new computer systems and iPads • Ability to work in a variety of locations, including center, telehealth, and patient homes • Ability to work with a variety of patients • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal • Ability to work with patients in indoor and outdoor therapeutic settings • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information to make treatment recommendations • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. while assisting patients
