📋 Description

• Work with the Account Manager to provide timely and professional service to clients • Develop knowledge of assigned accounts and meet department standards for client service, professionalism, and work attitude • Process emails in agency mailboxes and route renewal-related items to the Account Manager • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policy changes • Place or process certificate requests • Assist the Account Manager with marketing during marketing and quotation processes • Assist clients and policyholders with filing claims or making claim updates • Process renewal certificates • Prepare and process customer correspondence, certificates of insurance, binders, cancellation requests, insurance ID cards, and internal correspondence • Set activities and follow-ups and maintain consistent client files in the agency management system • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) • Must communicate information and respond to questions effectively, verbally and in writing • Current Property, Casualty Insurance License required • Basic knowledge of insurance products • Knowledge of insurance rating and underwriting • High-pressure, fast-paced work capability • Ergonomic desk and chair, with space for two large monitors and a laptop • Quiet workspace without background noise • High-speed internet connection of 50MB up and down or higher • Wired internet connection, not Wi-Fi
