📋 Description

• Represent Baxter and its Infusion Therapy products and services • Virtually support accounts in Florida, Georgia, and the lower half of North Carolina • Build relationships and establish trust with clinicians and customer stakeholders • Foster connections between Baxter teams to drive business results • Share customer insights and feedback with teams and cross-functional partners • Provide sales support including training, on-site customer support, order and supply assistance, Baxter team coordination, and customer tradeshow and Pump Fair support • Assist with customer training needs and inquiries • Support business presentations, QBRs, and customer/Baxter updates • Support marketing activities • Support cross-functional field sales needs for Infusion Therapies and Platforms • Report to the Regional Manager within the Infusion Therapies and Platforms business

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in a field sales or field sales support role in the medical device field as an alternative to the preferred degree • Strong understanding of common computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM preferred • Strong presentation skills • Learning agility and desire to succeed • Proven success working within large multifaceted teams • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; Baxter cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
