📋 Description

• Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, and digital communication channels • Assist with loan applications, account inquiries, payment processing, and general service requests • Communicate loan terms, repayment options, and company policies clearly and accurately • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex matters as appropriate • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within internal systems • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements • Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality service

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or call center environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, structured work environment • Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace • Adherence to scheduled shifts • Experience in consumer lending, banking, or financial services preferred • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred • Familiarity with customer support technologies and ticketing systems preferred
