📋 Description

• Serve as key point-of-contact for patients through their treatment and recovery process • Deliver patient support via phone, chat, and email, resolving administrative, medication, or service management issues • Make and receive inbound and outbound calls continuously throughout the work shift • Follow defined workflows and maintain clean documentation of care resolution support • Participate in a tech-enabled, team-oriented culture supporting patient care through the Bicycle Health app • Master and use the Bicycle Health app, G-suite, Zoom, FreshWorks, Athena, and other technology tools to triage and resolve administrative and logistical tasks • Collaborate with medical and behavioral health clinicians to deliver telehealth care support • Maintain regular and predictable attendance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 2 years of relevant work experience • 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment, or 2+ years in care coordination/patient advocacy/equivalent healthcare role, or 1+ years in an equivalent telehealth role • Customer-first mentality, empathy, and ability to address roadblocks creatively in real time • Strong written and verbal communication skills in written and audio assessments • Comfort with computer technology, typing, using available resources, and navigating multiple software platforms such as Microsoft / Google Suites • Consistent access to a private work environment with high-speed internet and professionally appropriate surroundings for frequent video conferencing • Workstation setup conducive to remote work needs • Regular and predictable attendance
