• You identify and qualify new leads for our consulting and implementation services in the area of project and portfolio management • You establish initial contact with decision-makers and stakeholders by phone, email, or other channels and excite them about our approaches and services • You analyze target customers, recognize their challenges, and position Le Bihan as a relevant partner • You arrange appointments for our Account Executives and ensure a smooth handover, or, depending on the situation, conduct these conversations independently • You contribute your experience to further develop our lead-generation processes, use tools purposefully, and test new outreach approaches
• A completed degree (e.g., Economics, Communications, Business Administration, Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or in a comparable role in B2B sales • Experience in a tech/software environment or with solution providers—ideally in the context of consulting, software implementation, or enterprise solutions • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Enthusiasm for complex topics and the ability to explain them clearly and engagingly • Confident use of modern CRM tools such as Pipedrive
