📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all patient services, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing inquiries • Communicate with patients via phone, email, and other channels to address their questions, concerns, and needs • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow • Monitor and track patient satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that may arise • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient services and overall patient experience • Train and supervise staff members on patient service protocols and procedures • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in patient service management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in patient service management, preferably in a healthcare setting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficient in using electronic medical records and patient scheduling systems • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
