📋 Description

• Help build software solutions needed to support the expanding business • Help the team work toward a common goal and support team design decisions • Organize work using Agile methodologies • Deliver regular increments of value • Participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives • Make progress on prioritized tasks • Communicate discoveries and ask questions to learn from other developers • Develop new features that deliver value to end users • Interpret and implement tasks with an end-user focus to ensure a quality experience • Review other developers' code to ensure quality • Collaborate in a highly collaborative environment • Develop technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Lead and instruct others to improve the team's skillset • Ensure code is reviewed and organized • Build and maintain development pipelines for CI/CD • Create secure systems that minimize vulnerabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer and information technology or a related field or relevant experience • Previous experience as a software developer • Experience creating and maintaining databases • Experience using at least some of the technologies required for the job • Strong interpersonal skills • A drive for personal growth and interest in data systems • Ability to take charge in leading and instructing others to improve the skillset of the team • Ability to ensure that code is being reviewed and organized • Ability to ensure that development pipelines are built and maintained for CI/CD • Ability to create secure systems that minimize vulnerabilities • Advanced knowledge of relevant programming languages and technologies • Advanced knowledge of system frameworks such as MVC structure • Advanced knowledge of data structures and algorithms • Valid work authorization for the U.S. • Successful completion of a criminal background investigation
