📋 Description

• Provide information, education, and resources on Legend cell therapy products to advanced practice providers and nurses • Conduct peer-to-peer in-person and virtual educational programs through one-to-one APP/nurse sessions and group presentations • Meet identified customers at participating practices or facilities and enroll them in educational programs • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries and requests • Collaborate with commercial team members on cross-functional projects and regional initiatives • Provide in-services and educational activities at professional society meetings • Use key resources to support account planning aligned with regional and company goals • Develop relationships with key nurse opinion leaders • Recognize account changes and emerging trends and implement alternate plans to achieve objectives • Follow up to assess and meet practice education needs • Maintain mastery of clinical and technical knowledge related to products and disease-state management • Communicate program information clearly, concisely, and accurately using approved materials, guidelines, and medical terminology • Maintain professional standards in customer and business interactions • Use sound judgment regarding time and resource utilization • Represent Legend at national and local conventions • Perform other tasks within scope of practice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a health science field (RN, NP, PA, etc.) • Minimum of 10 years nursing experience or 5 years Oncology experience • Clinical practice experience in immune effector cell therapy/bone marrow transplant required if no previous in-house industry experience • Involvement/membership in ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) • Previous in-house industry sales or clinical educator experience • Experience with Multiple Myeloma • Exceptional interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills • Ability to understand stakeholder and account challenges and educational needs within the assigned geography • Proven customer focus • Strong in-person and virtual presentation and engagement skills • Superior clinical skills and business acumen • Ability to excel in a technically complex and ambiguous environment • Ability to develop and work with internal functional partners and external customers • Ability to identify critical activities and adjust priorities to meet organizational goals and objectives • Ability to anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks • Valid driver’s license • Ability to multitask • Able to travel 75% of the time • Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal objectives • Ability to perform administrative responsibilities accurately and on time • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Must be authorized to work in the United States
