📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth • Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs • Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from a care team • Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes • Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders • Provide telehealth therapy fully from home • Serve patients experiencing grief, loss, isolation, and difficult life transitions • Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, provider support staff, and clinical leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States • Active, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC • Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Full-time W2 role • Availability to start at 25 hours per week and build from there • At least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health • Active, unrestricted license allowing independent practice without clinical supervision
