📋 Description

• Provide information, education, and resources on Legend cell therapy products to advanced practice providers and nurses involved in cell therapy patient care • Conduct peer-to-peer in-person and virtual educational programs through one-to-one APP/nurse and group presentations • Meet identified customers at participating practices or facilities and enroll them in educational programs • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries and requests • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional partners on projects and regional initiatives • Provide in-services and educational activities at professional society meetings • Use key resources to support account planning aligned with regional and company goals • Develop relationships with key nurse opinion leaders • Identify account changes and emerging trends and implement alternate plans • Follow up to assess and meet practice education needs • Maintain clinical and technical knowledge related to products and disease-state management • Communicate program information accurately using approved materials, guidelines, and medical terminology • Represent Legend at national and local conventions • Perform other tasks within scope of practice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a health science field (RN, NP, PA, etc.) • Advanced degree also considered • Minimum of 10 years nursing experience or 5 years Oncology experience • Clinical practice experience in immune effector cell therapy/bone marrow transplant required if no previous in-house industry experience • Involvement/membership in ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) • Previous in-house industry sales or clinical educator experience • Experience with Multiple Myeloma • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, written, and presentation skills • Ability to assess challenges and educational needs of stakeholders and accounts within the assigned geography • Proven customer focus • Strong in-person and virtual presentation and engagement skills • Superior clinical skills and business acumen in a technically complex and ambiguous environment • Ability to collaborate with internal functional partners and external customers • Ability to identify critical activities and adjust priorities to meet organizational goals • Ability to anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks • Valid driver’s license • Ability to multitask • Able to travel 75% of the time • Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal objectives • Ability to perform administrative responsibilities accurately and on time • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Authorized to work in the United States
