📋 Description

• Administer Active Directory (AD/Entra ID), Intune, Office 365, MFA, EPM, and other security and administrative platforms • Manage workstation and application lifecycles and validate security, user, device, and configuration compliance • Manage Intune devices in collaboration with global infrastructure teams • Review and respond to EDR alerts with SOC and cybersecurity teams • Manage identity repositories, recertify access rights, and conduct regular audits • Provide level 3 technical support to end users and onsite support staff by phone, remote access, or in person where applicable • Collaborate on Office 365 application package development and expand the Company Portal applications catalog • Address Modern Workplace incidents, requests, and changes according to SLAs/SLOs • Provide training and credentials to onsite support staff • Support IT projects and change management programs related to modern workplace and employee experience • Monitor KPIs and produce performance reports for the Americas region install base • Collaborate with global, regional, and local IT teams to resolve complex problems and improve processes • Maintain and create Modern Workplace knowledge base articles • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity policy and address endpoint-related cyber incidents • Collaborate with Legal/Corporate Counsel on eDiscovery data collection • Work with third-party vendors on procurement, incident resolution, and proofs of concept • Troubleshoot building-control device and systems connectivity used in manufacturing • Ensure Industry 4.0 systems follow cybersecurity standards and practices • Contribute to Industry 4.0 process improvements and technology roadmaps • Execute large-scale PC migrations and deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows and Active Directory administration • Experience supporting and troubleshooting MS Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive • Experience configuring and maintaining Windows PCs and related accessories • Basic troubleshooting of wireless devices and networks • Ability to sit for extended periods of time • Occasional travel to Legrand locations • Ability to lift 25+ pounds • Preferred: 3 years of experience with ServiceNow and/or backend administration • Preferred: 3 years of operations technology (OT) support experience in a manufacturing environment • Preferred: 1+ year of experience leveraging AI tools such as MS Copilot • Preferred: Support of major ERP, CAD and manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or engineering applications • Preferred: 3 years of AD/O365 PowerShell scripting • Preferred: Experience migrating devices, directories, user accounts and storage following acquisitions • Preferred: Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference room audio/video equipment • Preferred: Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent certifications • Preferred: Spanish/English bilingual skills • Exposure to manufacturing areas may require safety glasses and mandatory hearing protection • May rarely require working in tight spaces, twisting and turning, and exposure to heights up to 25 feet
