📋 Description

• Support exercise design, development, conduct, and evaluation across multiple exercises • Provide administrative and coordination support for exercise planning meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and capturing action minutes • Create and maintain exercise documentation packages, including invitations, sign-in sheets, meeting notes, and administrative documents • Support participant registration and tracking using program technical tools • Collect and organize findings, recommendations, and lessons learned for post-exercise products • Support program operations, including maintaining an exercise calendar, organizing content on CISA.gov and other platforms, and all-hands coordination • Support development of exercise scenarios, discussion questions, injects, goals and objectives, conduct materials, and evaluation materials • Participate regularly in meetings with Senior Exercise Planners and Regional Exercise Leads to ensure timely material production and exercise execution

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to obtain CISA EOD • 1 to 2 years experience developing, conducting, and evaluating HSEEP exercises • Ability to complete HSEEP certification • Demonstrated experience writing exercise planning, conduct, and evaluation materials • Experience providing administrative and documentation support in a fast-paced operations environment, including meeting logistics, calendars, correspondence, and deadline tracking • Strong attention to detail supporting editing and formatting so products align to style expectations and are free of grammatical errors • Ability to work on Eastern time zone hours • Ability to be on camera on Microsoft Teams for meetings where required • Preferred: TS/SCI security clearance • Preferred: FEMA Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) Certification • Preferred: Experience supporting data collection and basic analysis activities • Preferred: Experience supporting dashboards or visual tools for operations and key performance indicators • Preferred: Experience with cybersecurity exercises • Preferred: Cybersecurity certifications, including Security+ and ISC2
