📋 Description

• Plan and operate the fleet day to day, ensuring efficiency and safety • Monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future vehicle needs • Plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts • Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to execute car rental transactions • Manage branch inventory and maintain service levels

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • At least 1 year of experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment, automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience preferred • Basic computer navigation skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications • Highly organized, with ability to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation • At least 18 years old • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship • Able to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts • Open to travel 5–10%, including possible air travel • Willing to wear a company uniform • Speaking other languages is a plus
