📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end migration of Microsoft 365 services from a Commercial tenant to a GCC Moderate tenant • Serve as project manager and primary customer interface for planning, coordination, execution, and completion of the migration • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, risk registers, issue logs, decision logs, and executive status reports • Lead cross-functional teams of cloud engineers, M365 administrators, cybersecurity personnel, service desk staff, application owners, and customer stakeholders • Plan and oversee migration activities for Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender, and other Microsoft 365 services • Coordinate readiness assessments, technical discovery, dependency analysis, pilot deployments, migration waves, production cutovers, and post-migration stabilization • Ensure compliance with federal security requirements, agency policies, industry best practices, workstation hardening, identity management, endpoint security, and compliance controls • Coordinate functionality validation, UAT, application integration testing, security validation, and production readiness reviews • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule impacts • Develop and execute communications for executives, technical teams, and end users • Present project status, technical recommendations, risks, and readiness assessments to executive and government stakeholders • Manage change management, stakeholder engagement, user communications, training coordination, and adoption planning • Ensure migration of user accounts, mailboxes, collaboration platforms, endpoint management configurations, security policies, compliance settings, and integrated applications • Coordinate with Microsoft, third-party vendors, and migration tool providers • Develop operational documentation, knowledge articles, support procedures, and transition materials • Document lessons learned, identify process improvements, and implement best practices for future cloud migration initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of prior relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience • Additional years of experience and/or relevant certifications may be considered and/or accepted in lieu of degree • Generally 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams and projects • 4+ years supervising or leading project teams related to M365 tenant migrations • Extensive experience with all facets of M365 tenant migration, including project planning, requirements definition, scheduling, communications, testing, and cutover activities • Extensive experience supporting all facets of Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft systems • Ability to work with multidisciplinary and diverse teams supporting multiple customers • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts verbally and in writing to executive-level leadership • Ability to provide support Monday–Friday during Eastern Time Zone business hours • Ability to lead support issues to successful conclusion while updating management and senior leadership • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to the customer’s information • Preferred: 5 years of workstation systems management systems administration support • Preferred: 5 years supporting Microsoft M365 • Preferred: 8 years in a program/project management role • Preferred: Government contracting experience • Preferred: DOJ or DOD clearance • Preferred: ITSM knowledge and experience, particularly with ServiceNow • Preferred: Ability to create and present Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
