📋 Description

• Maintain the mainframe RACF environment and monitor security access patterns • Create and delete user accounts on various mainframe systems • Confirm proper permissions are in place to restrict access to sensitive data • Work with the Infrastructure Services provider to ensure security updates are rolled out to various mainframe environments • Serve as the primary point of contact for researching and correcting mainframe security and access-related questions • Provide regular reporting on production and UAT security and identity-management processing issues • Perform regular user and security audits of the mainframe RACF environment • Potentially work on-call shifts to support batch processing and monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree and 4 years of experience; experience may be substituted in lieu of degree • Experience analyzing government mainframe systems • Experience managing mainframe user accounts and security environment for a large government agency supporting medical claims processing and a common workload file (CWF) • Expertise with IBM RACF and Vanguard Security tools • Expertise with mainframe and host based security • Experience with audit and the security review process for RACF • Ability to utilize an incident ticket system to open, resolve, and close tickets and service requests • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers • Strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and resolve customer concerns • Strong focus and attention to detail • Strong work ethic and time management skills • Ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills • Candidates supporting CMS programs must have lived in the United States at least three out of the last five years prior to consideration
