📋 Description

• Support all-domain large-scale weapon systems, Information Technology Systems, and Command and Control Systems for JADC2 • Support the ABMS Digital Infrastructure Processing Node team in designing and implementing secure, scalable solutions • Coordinate procurement Bills of Material with Chief Engineers and the government for hardware and software • Coordinate with procurement companies and vendors and maintain status on purchases • Own and maintain the procurement tracker and ensure its accuracy for reporting to the DIPN IPT and stakeholders • Own, coordinate, and track bailment/loaner materials, including return dates, vendor agreements, and vendor coordination • Support internal team, program, customer, and vendor/supplier meetings • Work with internal teams and suppliers/vendors to resolve procurement issues, including delivery delays, quality discrepancies, and invoices/payments • Work closely with Program Managers, domain engineers, and Government counterparts across Government and Industry partners

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 3+ years of prior relevant experience • Additional years of relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of degree • Secret Clearance required to start with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI • Experience in negotiating terms and conditions • Experience supporting DoD programs • Successful track record of interfacing with internal customers, other functional support staff, and suppliers/vendors • Procurement and loaner/bailment tracking and reporting • Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple disciplines, domains, contractors, government agencies and other stakeholders • Must be able to work independently, proactively, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision • Strong organization skills • Familiar with operating in an Agile environment • Familiar with CoDev/JIRA • Familiar with IT Hardware and software • FAR/DFARS Familiarity • Experience working remotely
