📋 Description

• Oversee the procurement function within the portfolio of sites on a client account • Manage the global procurement relationship with the client, account management team, vendors, C&W Corporate, and other stakeholders • Implement programs and initiatives to achieve goals, metrics, and KPIs • Analyze account-wide spend, vendors, operations, and processes to identify value-creation opportunities • Develop and implement procurement strategies • Develop and facilitate high-complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate, and use other techniques to obtain expected results • Interpret contracts, negotiate with vendors, and maintain contractual records retention plans • Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, resource use, and legal issues • Manage tracking and reporting mechanisms • Maintain organized records and compliance checks for service contracts • Apply C&W best practices, policies, processes, tools, templates, and client specifications • Engage with Category Managers and preferred suppliers • Participate in and lead meetings • Generate and distribute reports • Evaluate supplier performance and address quality, delivery, or service issues • Collaborate with finance and operations to understand procurement needs • Leverage AI-powered analytics for team resource allocation, workload forecasting, and capacity planning • Apply machine learning models to create supplier scorecards, analyze performance patterns, and predict emerging issues • Resolve client issues related to supplier performance and quality • Manage personnel and roles with direct reporting relationships • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required • 7+ years’ experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline • Understanding of Strategic Sourcing processes • Demonstrated proficiency with e-tools such as e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems • Legal knowledge and ability to prepare/negotiate agreements and amendments • Ability to explain contract specifics to clients • Analytical and quantitative skills with ability to analyze and interpret information, data and related documentation • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently to find solutions • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills • Strong management skills and ability to lead with direct or indirect reporting structure • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks
