📋 Description

• Own the business strategy and roadmap for Emerging Verticals • Leverage domain expertise and stakeholder input to determine prioritization and resourcing, including new product launches • Coordinate, develop, and execute key cross-functional initiatives and goals • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve and accelerate development of new categories • Conduct in-depth analysis and identify value drivers, improvement areas, and opportunities within Emerging Verticals • Set and maintain the yearly budget and long-range planning for the vertical • Create a motivating cross-functional team environment • Identify, manage, execute, and measure new projects that generate efficiencies and/or business growth • Provide structured leadership for open-ended initiatives and unstructured problems • Influence the organization to garner internal support for key initiatives • Perform other assigned responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience • 5+ years of experience in insurance, banking, and/or credit card marketplaces • Bachelor's degree required • P&L ownership experience preferred • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication • Highly analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with strong business acumen • Experience with financial and operational modeling • Excellent presentation skills, including developing and delivering compelling presentations and running efficient and productive meetings • Strong operational and strategy experience, preferably at a fast-growing company • Demonstrated ability and track record of driving business results in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
