📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of global procurement strategies for software, IT tools, professional services, and business-critical categories • Build and execute a global procurement operating model across geographies • Apply an AI-first mindset to procurement and vendor-risk frameworks • Manage strategic supplier and software vendor relationships, including evaluation, sourcing, negotiations, renewals, and performance management • Oversee procurement software implementation and integration with systems such as NetSuite and Tipalti • Lead transformation of the global Travel & Expense function, including policies, corporate cards, and software • Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from requisition approval through supplier management • Establish and refine procurement policies, controls, and Procure-to-Pay processes using automation • Partner with Finance and executives on procurement budgets, spend, savings, and cost reduction • Ensure procurement activities, SaaS contracts, software licensing, and supplier engagements meet legal, financial, regulatory, and internal standards • Develop procurement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, business leaders, and executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field • 12+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience • At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within SaaS or technology companies • Proven track record managing global procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and spend across multiple countries or regions • Demonstrated success driving organizations toward IPO and/or SOX readiness in high-growth SaaS environments • Deep understanding of procurement technology and spend-management systems, including Tipalti and NetSuite • Extensive experience implementing and managing global Travel & Expense programs and corporate card ecosystem transformations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills • Experience building, leading, and mentoring globally distributed teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional attention to detail across contract management, software licensing, compliance, supplier risk, and commercial terms • Adherence to Saviynt’s information security and privacy policies and procedures, including annual security training
