📋 Description

• Support and execute programs across the Defense Manufacturing and Platform Development Modernization portfolios • Manage the overall execution of a portfolio of program baselines and recommend actions for flawless program execution • Support proposal efforts by providing financial insights, developing cash flow analyses, and supporting business case and profitability analyses • Plan and oversee diverse activities within the program finance organization and lead a team of experienced professionals • Provide vision and strategic insights and recommend policies and processes for the commercial space business • Develop customer mission and requirements understanding to provide complex, tailored feedback • Lead development of new products and processes for complex customer needs • Communicate with internal and external parties and influence policies, practices, and procedures outside the finance team • Identify programmatic risks, develop mitigation plans, and recommend and implement cost-reduction measures • Support on-contract growth and new business proposals and help develop winning bids • Develop and drive execution of the commercial space program’s Annual Operating Plan, quarterly financial forecasts, and EACs • Support month-end closing and perform variance and trend analyses • Align initiatives with Division and Business Area goals • Drive cash management processes, including milestone completion tracking, collections, and inventory optimization • Manage indirect budgets supporting multiple emerging programs within the Kinetic Effects Business Area

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline • 2–4 years of related experience • Knowledge of multiple contract types, including FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus, and hybrid contracts • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions and billing/reporting requirements • Analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to operate independently
