📋 Description

• Assist with tracking, organizing, and managing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables across GSM-O II and other division programs • Support scheduling and coordination of critical document submissions to government customers • Help prepare, review, and format official reports and deliverables for submission • Participate in team meetings and document and track action items • Coordinate with technical and operational team members regarding delivery timelines and compliance requirements • Maintain organized records of documentation and delivery statuses • Support process improvement, AI integration, and documentation standardization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree (Business, English, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred) • Must be a U.S. citizen • Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance post-onboarding • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across different functional groups • Must be based in the United States • Reliable internet connection to support remote work and video conferencing capabilities
