📋 Description

• Provide Intune system administration specializing in macOS integration into a Microsoft AD environment for the Department of HUD • Lead implementation of integrating macOS devices • Configure and maintain zero-touch onboarding for Windows, Apple, and iOS/iPadOS platforms • Manage macOS configuration profiles, MDM payloads, and Bash shell scripts • Define and manage Windows baseline policies, administrative templates, PowerShell scripts, and remediation scripts • Package, test, and deploy applications across Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms • Maintain patching schedules and automated software update workflows • Implement Conditional Access, App Protection, Compliance, identity integration, SSO, and Platform SSO policies • Manage disk encryption standards using BitLocker and FileVault • Act as Tier 3 escalation for endpoint-related technical issues • Monitor tenant health, device compliance failures, sync errors, and security vulnerabilities; remediate non-compliant assets • Maintain technical documentation, enrollment guides, and end-user self-service instructions • Operate independently as a senior technical advisor; lead implementation and configuration discussions, identify risks and dependencies, develop remediation strategies, lead complex troubleshooting, coordinate across teams, mentor personnel, and brief senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of system administration experience (or commensurate experience) OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience • Additional years of relevant experience may be considered or accepted in lieu of degree • 3+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management, including at least 2 years dedicated to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager • Hands-on experience integrating Apple Business Manager (ABM) with Intune, VPP app management, FileVault management, and running Bash scripts on macOS • Experience with Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, PowerShell scripting, Win32 app packaging (IntuneWin App Prep Tool), and AD/Entra ID integration • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, RBAC, and Endpoint Security baselines • Experience configuring iOS/iPadOS devices, Supervision, App Protection Policies (MAM without enrollment), and Company Portal deployment • Strong technical communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills • Experience architecting and implementing zero trust solutions • Ability to obtain and maintain a HUD Public Trust clearance • US Citizen • JAMF knowledge (preferred)
