📋 Description

• Support ongoing ServiceNow continuous improvement projects for an enterprise implementation • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements • Support design, development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions • Maintain and support continual service improvements across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and HRSD modules • Participate in Agile ceremonies, development reviews, project meetings, and testing activities • Help develop use cases, testing procedures, implementation plans, SOPs, and system architecture documentation • Help configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs • Support automation workflows, unit testing, release management, production support, and system integrations • Prepare status reports and presentations and maintain project documentation • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams under direction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience • 1–2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, or demonstrable foundational knowledge of its architecture and capabilities • Exposure to design, development, or support tasks on a platform or software project • Basic familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM concepts • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset • Good communication and organizational skills • Willingness to work within an Agile framework, participate in daily scrums and ceremonies, and update stories in ServiceNow • Basic experience or coursework with JavaScript/Glide, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS; exposure to Angular JS is a plus • ServiceNow Certifications • Knowledge of AI integration within ServiceNow, including Now Assist and AI Agents • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Suite, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and portal development • Expertise in ITAM (SAM/HAM) and ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping) modules • Must be local to the Washington, DC area • Willingness to work East Coast core work hours
