📋 Description

• Investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, and/or evaluate requirements for military weapons systems • Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation • Perform requirements elicitation, requirements management, requirements tracing, system integration, and configuration management • Manage requirements and ensure traceability via COTS requirements management software • Analyze, design, and evaluate software-based systems, components, and/or systems related to engineering and functional requirements of command and control systems and associated support systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience; additional experience, training, and/or certifications may be considered in lieu of degree • U.S. citizenship • Currently possessing an active DoD Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to a TS/SCI clearance upon hire • Strong knowledge of systems engineering or a related technical or scientific field • 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or an engineering/science field supporting precision guided missile systems • Ability and willingness to travel • Certified Systems Engineering Professional Accreditation preferred • Experience with requirements management tools, including DOORS, preferred • Experience with DODAF Architecture preferred • Experience working in an Agile Environment preferred • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering preferred
