• Lead and continuously enhance Lennar Mortgage's enterprise-wide Compliance Management System • Advise executive management on regulatory developments, emerging risks, regulatory expectations, and business initiatives • Partner with Legal, Operations, IT, Information Security, Marketing, Servicing, Secondary Marketing, and Production leadership on compliance implications • Develop compliance risk assessments and reporting frameworks for senior management and the Board • Oversee state and federal regulatory examinations, audits, inquiries, investigations, communications, remediation, and issue resolution • Supervise nationwide mortgage licensing and registration activities • Evaluate compliance implications of AI, machine learning, automated decisioning, digital lending platforms, and emerging technologies • Implement AI governance standards, risk assessments, model oversight controls, and responsible AI practices • Use automation, workflow tools, analytics, and data visualization to improve monitoring, regulatory tracking, and reporting • Direct compliance monitoring, testing, and risk management activities • Identify emerging risks and oversee corrective action plans • Establish KRIs, dashboards, and management reporting • Develop and execute enterprise-wide compliance education and training programs • Foster accountability, ethical conduct, and regulatory awareness • Oversee compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory change management • Lead Compliance Monitoring Committee Meetings • Prepare and present compliance reporting to executive leadership, management committees, and the Board of Managers • Report to the Chief Risk & Legal Officer and lead a team of compliance professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in mortgage banking, financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or related functions • Experience managing state and federal regulatory examinations and licensing programs • Strong working knowledge of RESPA, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, HMDA, SAFE Act, state mortgage banking laws, Fair Lending, and UDAAP requirements • Experience developing and delivering enterprise-wide compliance training programs • Leadership experience managing and developing compliance professionals • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Experience implementing compliance-related systems, automation tools, data analytics, or AI-enabled solutions • Juris Doctor degree preferred • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation preferred • Experience with AI governance, model risk oversight, responsible AI frameworks, or automated decision systems preferred • Experience with Encompass and related ICE Mortgage Technology solutions preferred • Experience leading compliance programs in a multi-state mortgage lender, bank, or regulated financial institution preferred • Experience presenting to executive management and boards of directors preferred
