📋 Description

• Lead a team of Product Managers and support their career development, execution quality, and strategic thinking • Own and drive critical initiatives with portfolio-level impact • Set product strategy and priorities across a group of products or features • Allocate resources across the product group • Establish planning cycles, product reviews, and decision documentation • Align product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders • Champion product craft across discovery, user insight, technical depth, and iterative delivery • Communicate risks, progress, and priority changes transparently and with structure • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team • Shape digital experiences that help customers discover, engage with, and purchase homes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or another relevant area; the degree is preferred rather than required • Working experience as a Product Owner preferred • 3+ years of Product Management experience • At least 2 years managing Product Managers • Ability to thrive as a player-coach, balancing leadership with hands-on product work • Ability to lead through influence in cross-functional teams • Experience shipping high-impact digital products at scale • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Track record of crafting clear strategies and telling compelling product stories • Analytical mindset with fluency in interpreting data and using it to inform decisions • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring clarity through structure and communication • Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs • Finger dexterity
