📋 Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to skilled maintenance and repair requests • Ensure work is performed in a timely and professional manner • Assist with scheduling, overseeing, and communicating with contractors to obtain bids and check work for completeness • Purchase maintenance supplies as needed for properties • Perform preventive maintenance and comprehensive repairs involving plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior issues, and basic electrical issues • Own work orders, manage budgets, and oversee comprehensive maintenance for portfolio properties • Provide excellent customer service to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in property management maintenance or a related trade • Ability to travel within your region • Position based 100% in the field • Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing comprehensive repairs across standard trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry • Ability to manage and complete independent work orders • Ability to budget time and materials • Ability to communicate effectively with contractors and clients • Current driver’s license and automobile insurance • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally; and 75+ lbs with assistance • Current or previous plumbing license is a plus
