📋 Description

• Travel to customer jobsites to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC and controls issues • Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians remotely and onsite • Troubleshoot controls programs, HMI systems, and unit/system interfaces • Support new product development and testing at Munters facilities • Assist with prototype builds and provide feedback to Engineering and R&D teams • Participate in Kaizen and cross-functional continuous improvement projects • Support cost reduction and product improvement initiatives • Provide technical expertise to Field Service and other internal teams • Work independently while collaborating with Engineering, R&D, Service, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting HVAC equipment and controls systems • Knowledge of HVAC components such as compressors, valves, fans, and heat exchangers • Strong mechanical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently • Experience with ERP/MRP or 3D CAD systems is a plus • Experience designing or working with complex assemblies, piping, valves, and heat exchangers is preferred • 3–5 years of industry experience and a Mechanical Engineering degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered • Ability to travel to customer sites as required • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in active industrial environments • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check, as applicable for the position
