📋 Description

• Design, quote, and support installation of ClO2/MCA systems, chemical feed equipment, piping, controls, pumps, tanks, and related installation components • Assist with pre-installation site surveys • Establish timelines and resolve installation needs with customers, vendors, sales teams, contractors, and SpecOx technical consultants • Manage SpecOx project schedules, installation dates, and travel planning for Application Engineer I and II associates • Supervise outside contractors and support junior application engineers during SpecOx projects • Re-design existing chemical feed systems to meet ChemTreat standards • Prepare and complete safety and project documentation, including JHA, lockout/tagout, fall protection, MSDS, confined space, and site requirements • Provide customer support, installation procedures, equipment documentation, and technical assistance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing, installing, quoting, or supporting ClO2/MCA systems, chemical feed equipment, precursor chemical piping, motive water piping, and injection points • Experience with CPVC, PVC, mild steel, stainless tubing, piping installation/configuration, cooling water controls, boiler controls, chemical storage systems, and polymer feed applications • Working knowledge of equipment controls, electrical, and pumps, including 4 to 20/110v/CAT 5, Walchem, HACH, PLC, routers, Grundfos boosters, and chemical feed pump applications • Ability to travel up to 50% • Ability to complete required safety training and documentation, including confined space, lockout/tagout, fall protection, ladder safety, JLG lift safety, JHA, OSHA 10-hour certification, and 49 CFR
