📋 Description

• Create and execute advanced technical and/or construction project plans for customer projects • Maintain and enhance customer relationships while servicing customer needs • Manage customer expectations and utilize PMO-defined change management • Provide project management and facilitation from inception to completion • Report on margin and remediate margin-related issues • Facilitate technical communication regarding cabling, IT installation, print revisions, scope changes, and schedules • Define project approach, schedules, and customer expectations • Attend and engage in technical conference calls and meetings with GCs, site supervisors, trade leaders, and customer stakeholders • Create projects, set budgets, schedule service calls, and oversee equipment orders for complex projects • Schedule, plan, and facilitate customer and internal meetings • Ensure invoicing is completed by published deadlines • Develop, maintain, review, and distribute project documentation, including schedules, complex budgets, change orders, and status reports • Identify project risks and issues and implement process-improvement solutions with the Construction Team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience required • 7+ years of construction project management experience • Demonstrated track record of success developing and maintaining customer relationships, delivering results, and anticipating roadblocks • Ability to build and maintain internal and external partnerships while working in cross functional teams • Ability to deliver multiple projects with aggressive schedules • Solid track record of meeting deadlines, setting priorities and managing multiple projects in a fast paced, results driven environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail oriented and ability to manage time effectively • Experience in implementing internal process improvements; passion for innovation and efficiency • Ability to work as a team member • Professional, high-integrity, reliable and results oriented • Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Experience in using Procore is a plus
