📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end WFM solutions using UKG products • Use AI to enhance WFM processes • Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements • Assist product teams with complex discoveries • Be the technical subject matter expert for UKG WFM implementations • Architect and govern integration flows between ProWFM and other systems • Develop technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides • Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies • Guide automation connected commerce and training with multiple partners • Comfortable and excited by solving complex challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience • 3+ years of experience with UKG ProWFM implementations • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline • Expertise in designing and deploying cloud-based applications • Knowledge of using AI for enhancing workflows • Technical knowledge with programming languages like Java, Python • Experience with API management and building event-based systems • Hands-on experience with RDBMS(SQL), NoSQL, Postgres, BigQuery and Looker studio • Knowledge of security principles and encryption techniques • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
