• Conduct research using internal and external resources • Provide clear, concise, accurate, timely and thorough information to internal and external customers • Apply established standards to the order management process • Advocate for customers by reporting feedback and resolving issues • Collaborate effectively across the organization and work cooperatively in a team environment • Manage expert witness search requests

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills • Equivalent work experience in law, legal research, customer support, or a related field
