📋 Description

• Support grading, quality checks, and quality control of cornea and/or retinal image reads • Analyze ophthalmic images and identify or characterize features and pathologies according to reading center protocols • Participate in adjudications with other readers • Record data in eCRFs • Attend Reading Center meetings as needed • Contribute to improvements in grading and imaging protocols • Perform site training and certification for site coordinators, photographers/technicians, and PIs • Issue and clear site queries and review responses • Track critical study aspects, communicate information to the study team, and escalate issues appropriately • Collect and track essential documents from and to sites • Prepare study materials such as newsletters, study logs, and notes to file • Generate draft meeting agendas, minutes, and action items • Coordinate study team activities on behalf of study management • Make recommendations for solutions on assignments requiring judgment and initiative • Perform other tasks directed by line management or project leadership

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in a science or health care field, nursing degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience • At least 2 years of clinical research coordinating experience or experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company is preferred • Competent computer skills, including MS Office Suite • Experience with eTMF and EDC systems is preferred • Customer service orientation • Good written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail • Ability to plan and organize information and activities as directed by a Study Manager or team member • Ability to resolve routine problems and appropriately elevate issues • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment, effectively multitask, and adapt to changing priorities • Proficient technical software and computer processes • Effective time management • Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including prolonged sitting, standing, walking, typing, and handling 10–35 pound weights
