📋 Description

• Manage sponsor proposal and contract processes for clinical trials throughout the project lifecycle • Lead and participate in RFP response processes at all stages • Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal review teams • Develop proposal strategy and manage associated requests • Serve as the primary internal contact during contract preparation and amendments • Manage deliverable schedules and multiple tight deadlines • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather process and business information • Prepare proposal and contract budgets using the internal Excel budget tool • Produce submission-ready proposals • Prepare and finalize LOIs, Start-up and Final Work Orders, MSAs, Consulting Agreements, and Change Orders • Maintain contracts and proposals in SharePoint and Salesforce for tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required • Minimum of 3 years of CRO experience in proposals and/or contracts • Experience in implementing budget revisions and preparing CO budgets • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, sitting, typing, reaching, talking, and hearing • Ability to manipulate, lift, carry, and move light to medium weights of 10–35 pounds
