📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert for interactive display and collaboration solutions, including LG CreateBoard • Develop and execute enablement strategies for partner readiness, customer adoption, and solution utilization • Deliver training and enablement programs for LG sales teams, channel partners, and end users • Develop and maintain training content, best practices, use-case materials, and learning resources • Provide reseller and distributor enablement • Build relationships with customers, administrators, educators, technology leaders, and end users • Lead solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, pilot programs, and evaluation support • Configure, stage, and maintain demonstration environments and standardized demo kits • Support trade shows, customer events, sales meetings, and industry conferences • Deliver onboarding, implementation, professional development, and end-user training in instructor-led, virtual, on-demand, and hybrid formats • Develop and expand Professional Development and End User Training Services offerings • Support positioning of training services during evaluations, pilots, and deployment planning • Monitor customer adoption and utilization, providing refresher training and change-management support • Identify expansion opportunities, adoption risks, and service improvement opportunities • Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Project Management, Solution Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management • Ensure transition from evaluation and purchase through deployment, onboarding, and ongoing use • Improve training methodologies, content standards, certification programs, and enablement tools • Gather and communicate customer, partner, and market feedback • Extend support to additional LG technologies, including digital signage, software platforms, and DVLED solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing training, enablement, sales support, educational technology, or solution adoption • Experience delivering live customer demonstrations, instructor-led training, webinars, and virtual learning programs • Experience with interactive displays, collaboration technologies, or related AV/technology solutions • Experience developing training content and instructional materials • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills • Understanding of the pre-sales customer journey, demonstrations, evaluations, and training • Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and digital learning content • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, content management platforms, and cloud-based training and collaboration tools • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for Education • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple pre-sales and post-sales priorities • Ability to travel up to 40% • Classroom teaching experience is strongly preferred • Preferred experience with K-12, higher education, corporate, or government technology deployments • Preferred experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, and curriculum development • Preferred Google for Education, Microsoft Education, AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, or other relevant certifications
