📋 Description

• Teach assigned Human Resources courses online using approved curriculum and assigned schedules • Use weekly announcements and emails to engage students and take advantage of teaching moments • Complete administrative tasks assigned by the Instructional Mentor, Faculty Support Coordinator, Online Chairs, and department administrators • Assist students in achieving course objectives and learning outcomes • Provide regular and timely feedback to students • Participate in school retention initiatives through productive student contact and assistance to absent students • Advise students regarding academics, attendance, and behaviors • Maintain and report student grades and attendance according to university policies • Represent Liberty University in an exemplary manner and foster its mission • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Conferred Doctorate or PhD in Human Resources • Commitment to Liberty University’s evangelical standards and mission • Personal commitment to the goals and values of Liberty University • Active commitment to, and experience of, personal spiritual formation within a biblically informed Christian worldview • Ability to teach assigned courses using approved curriculum and assigned schedules • Ability to provide regular and timely feedback to students • Ability to maintain and report student grades and attendance according to university policies • Ability to perform administrative tasks including roster verification, reporting items, and timely submission of final grades • Ability to adhere strictly to Liberty University policies • Ability to work effectively as a team member
