📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable solutions • Build stakeholder relationships and align technology initiatives with business objectives • Provide updates on project progress, system enhancements, and issue resolution • Gather, document, and validate business requirements • Analyze systems and processes to identify performance gaps, technical deficiencies, and improvement opportunities • Maintain documentation for requirements, process changes, and implemented solutions • Partner with IT teams to design and implement solutions improving system functionality and performance • Support diagnosis and resolution of technical issues • Monitor system effectiveness and recommend improvements • Optimize IT systems and business processes • Support technology initiatives improving operational efficiency, user experience, and organizational effectiveness • Contribute to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT operational role focused on business analysis and systems improvement • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve technical issues • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment • Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools • Experience with business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and IT troubleshooting • Understanding of IT systems, operational processes, and systems improvement initiatives • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), API integrations, and web-based applications • Strong documentation and organizational skills • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team environment • Comfort navigating complex challenges with limited standardization • Detail-oriented approach and passion for process improvement and operational excellence • Must work within the United States • No sponsorship or relocation assistance available
