📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers about their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Connect customers with products suited to their individual needs • Participate in paid remote training and insurance licensing • Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Work assigned shifts of 11:30-8pm EST, 12:30-9pm EST, or 1:30-10pm EST for at least 6 months before shift changes are considered

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2-3 years sales experience preferred • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty License required after hire • Must reside in one of the specified eligible states • Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Must have wired cable, fiber, or DSL high-speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported • Employees must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating
